Web Design forWaukesha Contractors
The $2,500 implementation is waived through Oct 21, then one published monthly price. Your domain, your accounts, your site.
- For roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, remodelers, and landscapers working out of Waukesha and the county around it.
- Site, Google Business Profile, listings, and lead forms built during the trial. $97 a month after, month to month.
- You own the domain, the hosting login, and the content from day one. Leaving is an email.
- Waukesha is 18 minutes from my desk. Coffee downtown or a visit to your shop is a normal way to start.
- Who shows up first when a neighbor searches for what you do.Google's answer and the AI answer, with names. Whether one of them is you.
- Where you lose them.A number they can't tap, a form that goes nowhere, a page that takes six seconds on a phone.
- What to fix first. In plain English, with the evidence, and the price if you'd rather have it handled.
Built for the trades that keep Waukesha running.
Waukesha is the biggest city in the county and the one where a contractor faces the most competition on a search result. Type "furnace repair Waukesha" or "roofer near me" from a phone on Main Street and you get a map pack of three, a couple of ads, and a page of companies who all say they're licensed, insured, and family owned. The ones getting the call are the ones whose site loads fast, shows real work, and makes the phone number impossible to miss.
That's the site I build. Not a brochure, a working page for a plumber in the Fox River neighborhoods, an electrician who covers Waukesha and New Berlin, a remodeler pulling permits at City Hall every other week. One version of it for your trade, written from what you tell me, with your Google Business Profile and listings wired in alongside it so the map pack and the website agree about who you are.
Most Waukesha web design companies quote once they've seen your truck. Mine is published: the $2,500 implementation, built during the 14-day trial, waived through Oct 21 for plans started by then. Then $97 a month for Run. Grow is $297 if you want missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly agent work handled too.
Things you can click. Numbers you can check.
No quotes next to stock photos. Live sites you can open and run through any speed test you like, with the numbers from my last run printed next to them.
- SEWI Claims
Public adjuster, southeast Wisconsin. Site, intake, and payments on their own domain.
Mobile Lighthouse performance 99. Largest content paints in 0.8 seconds. Layout shift 0.
- Oosht
Live-event AV company. Build in progress on a preview domain, not a finished client site. Homepage sequence is drawn as SVG instead of a hero video, so it loads on a phone in a parking lot.
Mobile Lighthouse performance 92. Largest content paints in 1.6 seconds.
- Tanner Preserve AV
My own AV tools site: 146 calculators, a venue directory, and a 3D previz of real ballrooms.
206 indexable routes generated from one data spine. Same engine the contractor sites run on.

Waukesha, from Delafield. 18 minutes from my desk in Delafield, straight down Highway 18.
Serving Delafield, Pewaukee, Brookfield, New Berlin, Hartland, Wales, Genesee, Mukwonago, Sussex, Menomonee Falls.
The $2,500 implementation, waived. $97 a month to keep it working.
Fixed and published, not invented once someone sees how the truck out front looks. For context, what a contractor website around here actually costs:
A templated build: a theme flipped on Wix or WordPress with your logo dropped in. Profile, listings, and tracking rarely included.
A custom build from a regional agency, one time, with a monthly retainer quoted after the fact for anything ongoing.
Run, mine. A website built for your trade, your Google Business Profile done properly, the listings that matter (Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing), forms that email you the moment a lead lands, and a lead inbox. Missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly agent work are on Grow at $297. Built during the trial, on your own domain.
Both plans are itemized on the plans page. You own everything.
Fourteen days of trial. Then the honest part.

Build
I write the copy from what you tell me and you approve it before anything ships. Google Business Profile, listings, and tracking get wired in alongside the site.
Live
Site, profile, listings, analytics, all live on accounts you own. If something I built misses the scope we agreed on, I fix it at no charge.
Rankings move
Map visibility moves in weeks. Organic rankings move in months. Anyone promising page one by a date is guessing.

What I know about searching from Waukesha.
Waukesha behaves like two markets. Downtown and the older neighborhoods east of the river skew toward repair and remodel work on 1920s housing stock: knob-and-tube rewires, cast iron drain replacements, roofs on steep Victorians. The west side and the newer subdivisions off Highway 59 and Sunset Drive skew toward replacements and additions. A site that speaks to both, with a services page per job type instead of one "Our Services" wall of text, gets matched to more of the searches people actually type.
It also means your Google profile matters more here than in a small town. Waukesha has enough contractors in every trade that the map pack is a real fight, and the profile, not the website, is what shows up in it. Part of the build is getting your categories, hours, service area, and photos right, then keeping them right. I sell that same profile work as a standalone on the local SEO page; here it's included.
One more thing about Waukesha specifically: a lot of the contractor sites ranking today were built by the same handful of local agencies on the same WordPress themes, and they're slow. A page that loads in under a second on a phone is a real advantage in this city right now, and it's measurable. Run your current site through the audit and you'll see the number.
Questions Waukesha contractors actually ask.
How much does it cost to have someone design a website in Waukesha?
Local agencies in Waukesha and Brookfield typically quote $2,000 to $6,500 for a custom contractor site, one time, with hosting and any monthly help quoted separately after. Template shops and freelancers land between $400 and $2,000. Mine is the $2,500 implementation, waived through Oct 21 if you start a plan by then, and then $97 a month, the same number for everyone because it's printed on this page.
What is the three second rule for websites, and does it matter for a contractor?
The rule of thumb is that if your page hasn't shown something useful within about three seconds on a phone, a big share of visitors leave. For a contractor it matters more than for most, because your visitor is often standing in a flooded basement or looking at a leaking ceiling. The sites I build paint their main content in under a second on a mobile connection, and I publish the Lighthouse numbers for the live ones so you can check.
How do I pick a web designer in Waukesha without getting burned?
Ask three things. Who owns the domain and hosting when we're done? Can I see three live sites you built and run them through a speed test myself? What does the monthly cost cover, in writing? If any answer is vague, walk. My answers are on this page: you own everything, the live sites are linked above, and the monthly is itemized. There's also a longer guide on vetting designers, me included, linked below.
Do you work with contractors outside the city of Waukesha?
Yes. Waukesha, New Berlin, Brookfield, Pewaukee, Mukwonago, Sussex, Menomonee Falls, and the whole county. I'm based in Delafield, so most of the county is under half an hour from me. Any contractor anywhere in the country can start the trial online; the in-person part is the bonus for being local.
Will my site show up when someone searches "electrician Waukesha"?
The build gives Google what it needs: a fast site with a page per service, a complete Business Profile, matching listings, and schema. Map visibility usually moves within weeks. Organic rankings in a city this competitive move in months, and anyone promising page one by a date is guessing. I'd rather say that now than after you've paid.
I already have a Waukesha web design company. Why switch?
Maybe don't. If your site is fast, you own it, and the monthly bill buys work you can see, stay. Switch if you can't get a straight answer about who owns the domain, if edits take weeks, or if the site scores under 50 on a mobile speed test. Run the free audit first; it'll tell you which situation you're in without a sales call.
Can I keep my current domain and Google reviews?
Yes to both, and you should. The domain keeps its search history, and the Google Business Profile with your reviews stays yours; I just clean it up and connect it to the new site. Nothing you've earned resets.
