The $2,500 implementation, waived through Oct 21 for plans that start by then, built during a 14-day trial. Your domain, your accounts, your site.

- Who shows up first when a neighbor searches for what you do.Google's answer and the AI answer, with names. Whether one of them is you.
- Where you lose them.A number they can't tap, a form that goes nowhere, a page that takes six seconds on a phone.
- What to fix first. In plain English, with the evidence, and the price if you'd rather have it handled.
Built for the trades in the county's newest town.
Sussex doubled between 1990 and 2010. The old village along Main Street and the Bugline Trail is small; almost everything else, the subdivisions off Silver Spring, Waukesha Avenue, and Maple Avenue, went up in one twenty-year wave. The town of Lisbon around it is doing the same thing now, farm by farm. That's why Sussex is the one place in the county where a contractor's work is mostly first replacements rather than second or third: a whole village of houses built in the 90s and 2000s reaching the same age at the same time.
The median build year is 1994, a full decade newer than Hartland, and only 63.3% of the 4,820 units predate 2000. That means original roofs, original furnaces and AC condensers, original water heaters and sump pumps, all coming due together in the next five years across thousands of houses. 70.3% owner-occupied, Census median value $430,600. A roofer or HVAC company that gets known in one Sussex subdivision this year will be busy in it for the next ten.
That's the site I build, and the price is published, not quoted after a call: the $2,500 implementation, built during the 14-day trial and waived through Oct 21, then $97 a month for Run. Grow is $297 if you want missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly Google profile work handled too. Every page is per service, written from what you tell me, with your Business Profile and listings wired in so the map and the website agree.
Things you can click. Numbers you can check.

- Tanner Preserve AV
My own AV tools site: 146 calculators, a venue directory, and a 3D previz of real ballrooms.

Sussex, from Delafield. 20 minutes from my desk in Delafield, north on Highway 164.
Serving Lisbon, Lannon, Merton, Menomonee Falls, Pewaukee, Hartland, Brookfield, Lake Country, Delafield.
The $2,500 implementation, waived. $97 a month to keep it working.
Fixed and published, not invented once someone sees how the truck out front looks. For context, what a contractor website around here actually costs:
A templated build: a theme flipped on Wix or WordPress with your logo dropped in. Profile, listings, and tracking rarely included.
A custom build from a regional agency, one time, with a monthly retainer quoted after the fact for anything ongoing.
Run, mine. A website built for your trade, your Google Business Profile done properly, the listings that matter (Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing), forms that email you the moment a lead lands, and a lead inbox. Missed-call text-back, review requests, and the monthly agent work are on Grow at $297. Built during the trial, on your own domain.
Both plans are itemized on the plans page. You own everything.
Fourteen days of trial. Then the honest part.

I write the copy from what you tell me and you approve it before anything ships. Google Business Profile, listings, and tracking get wired in alongside the site.

Rankings move
Map visibility moves in weeks. Organic rankings move in months. Anyone promising page one by a date is guessing.

What I know about searching from Sussex.
Sussex homeowners search like Pewaukee homeowners do, on a phone, comparing three sites, and calling the one that answered the question. But the map pack here is less crowded than Pewaukee's because fewer contractors have a Sussex or Lisbon address. A complete Business Profile with a real Sussex address and reviews from Sussex streets can hold a map spot that would take years to earn in Brookfield. That profile work happens in the first week of the trial.
Quad is the other thing. The Quad/Graphics headquarters and plant on Highway 164 is one of the largest employers in the county, and the industrial buildings around it and along Silver Spring generate commercial roofing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance searches that residential-only sites never rank for. If you do that work, it needs a page. Most Sussex contractor sites don't have one.
Last, Lisbon and the new construction lane. The town of Lisbon is where the next Sussex subdivisions are going in, and the builders there hire subcontractors by searching too. A page that says new construction, with photos of framing and rough-in rather than finished houses, is a different search than replacement work and gets found by different people. The live sites linked on this page are the proof; run them through a speed test yourself before you decide anything.
Questions Sussex contractors actually ask.
How much does a contractor website cost in Sussex?
Sussex contractors mostly get quotes from Waukesha and Brookfield agencies: $2,500 to $7,500 for a custom site, then hosting and edits on top. Template shops and freelancers land between $500 and $2,000. Mine is the $2,500 implementation, built during the 14-day trial and waived through Oct 21, then $97 a month, the same number for everyone.
Most of the houses here are newer. Is there enough replacement work to build a site around?
Sussex is about to have more first-replacement work than anywhere in the county, because so much was built between 1990 and 2010 and it all ages together. The site is written for that: original roof, original furnace, original water heater, and what happens when they go.
I do new construction for builders in Lisbon. Does that go on the same site?
Yes, on its own page. Builders search differently than homeowners and want to see rough-in photos, not finished kitchens. One site, one page per kind of customer, so each one lands where they should.
Can I keep my domain and my Google reviews?
Yes to both. The domain keeps its search history and the Google profile with your reviews stays yours. I clean it up and connect it to the new site. Nothing you've earned resets.
How fast will I show up for "HVAC Sussex WI"?
Map results usually move within weeks once the profile and listings are right, faster here than in Pewaukee or Brookfield because fewer contractors have a Sussex address. Organic rankings move in months. Run the free audit and you'll see where you stand today.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Sussex is 20 minutes north of my desk on Highway 164. Your shop, a coffee on Main Street, or a job site, whatever's easiest. Book fifteen minutes or run the audit first so we have something to look at.
