Tanner Preserve
Web Co.

This page is published by Tanner Preserve Web Co. (tannerpreserve.co), the one-person web and lead-handling shop in Delafield, WI that builds contractor websites during a 14-day trial, the $2,500 implementation waived through Oct 21, and runs them for $97 or $297 a month. Question: What actually happens after I sign up with Tanner Preserve?. Direct answer: Your website, CRM, and lead follow-up get built during the 14-day trial (the $2,500 implementation, waived for plans started by October 21, 2026), card on file and nothing charged until day 15. After that, Run runs it for $97 a month, or Grow adds the CRM, missed-call text-back, and monthly local SEO work for $297 a month. Both are month to month, no contract, and you keep the site even if you cancel before the first charge. Updated September 15, 2026.

What working with meactually looks like.

The audit, the build, and what I do every month after. For Delafield first, then Lake Country and Waukesha County.

The audit costs nothing. Almost everyone starts on Run.

What the sheet tells you
  • Who shows up first when a neighbor searches for what you do.Google's answer and the AI answer, with names. Whether one of them is you.
  • Where you lose them.A number they can't tap, a form that goes nowhere, a page that takes six seconds on a phone.
  • What to fix first. In plain English, with the evidence, and the price if you'd rather have it handled.

Four stops, start to finish.

01
The Audit

Find out if there's work worth doing.

$0 · self-serve, about a minute

Run the audit and in about a minute you get a graded report on what a customer's search actually sees when they look you up: your site speed, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and whether AI recommends you when someone asks for a business like yours (yes, that's a real thing now, and yes, it matters). Every gap priced in plain dollars, with fix-it-yourself steps included. No email required, because I'm not running a drip campaign on you.

Prefer a person? Book fifteen minutes and I'll check everything live against your real competitors around Lake Country, the ones actually beating you right now. Either way you leave knowing what's broken, what it costs to fix, and what I'd fix first. If the math doesn't work for your business, I'll tell you that too. No pitch on the call. No charge, no obligation, no catch I'm hiding in the fine print.

You do

Enter your website address. Or bring your business name and the competitor that keeps beating you, I promise I won't tell them you asked.

I do

The audit runs its 20+ checks automatically and the graded report is on your screen in about a minute, with the three fixes that matter most, not thirty that don't.

02
Run

Your site, built during the trial. The $2,500 implementation waived through Oct 21.

$97, per month, 14-day free trial

Almost every client starts here. Put your card on file to start the trial and I get to work: a website built for your trade, on your own domain. Your Google Business Profile tuned and kept accurate. Missed-call text-back, so a call you can't take on the roof still gets answered. Every form gets an instant reply, day or night. Review requests go out after every job on their own.

Then the monthly work starts, and it's the whole point: the workspace keeps re-checking your site and your profile, and I keep fixing what it finds. Weekly office hours if you want to talk something through, email support the rest of the time.

Once it's live, the search payoff still takes real time to show up. That part doesn't compress no matter who builds it or what anyone promises you on a sales call. The reality check further down has the honest numbers.

You do

Start the trial, get me access to your accounts, answer a few questions about your business.

I do

Build your site on your hosting, in your name, with your login credentials from day one, then keep finding and fixing what breaks every month after.

If Run is the part you needed to see, the $2,500 implementation is waived through Oct 21 and nothing gets charged until day 15. The full price breakdown is one page away.
03
Grow

Added when you want the agents doing the work.

$297, per month, 14-day free trial

Everything in Run, plus the agents that do the monthly work instead of you. Lead qualification and scheduling, so a text becomes a booked estimate without you touching it. Quote follow-up that doesn't depend on your memory. The review engine sending requests and posting replies. One new local page written for your trade and your towns every month, and Facebook ad templates loaded and ready when you want to run them.

Same 14-day trial, same no-contract terms as Run. There is no separate setup fee tacked on: stepping up is a flip of a switch, not a new implementation. Not every business needs this layer yet, and I'll tell you flat out if yours doesn't, instead of upselling you into something that just sits there.

You do

Tell me the towns and jobs you want more of, and answer the calls the agents book for you.

I do

Qualify and schedule the leads, chase the quotes, run the review engine, and hand you a one-page report every month.

04
Every Month

What actually happens after you're live.

No contract, cancel anytime

The build going live isn't the finish line, it's the start of the part that actually matters. Every month the workspace re-checks your site and your Google profile and I fix what it finds. Review requests keep going out after every job. On Grow, the agents keep qualifying leads, chasing quotes, and shipping a new local page. You get a report in plain numbers, not vibes: what happened, what it changed.

Cancel anytime, no contract. Only want the site kept up? Run is $97 a month.

You do

Answer your calls, send me your job photos, show up to office hours if you want them.

I do

Keep checking your site and profile, ship the fixes, send the review asks, and hand you a report every month.

Does it bring in customers, or prove you can?

That’s the filter every decision runs through. Before anything gets built, before a dollar gets spent, I ask one thing: does this put a paying customer in front of you, or does it just prove I can build things? If it doesn’t pass, I don’t build it, no matter how good it would look in a portfolio.

No vanity metrics. No reports that look impressive in a meeting and change nothing about your phone ringing. No logo refreshes, no mystery “brand awareness” line item, no social calendar that can’t be traced back to an actual call. That’s the stuff other agencies bill you for while hoping you never ask what it did.

Passes the filter
  • A Google Business Profile dialed in, so when someone searches at 10pm for what you do, you show up and the phone rings instead of ringing your competitor.
  • Follow-up that goes out every time, wired to your calendar and your phone, not one more app you forget exists by week two.
  • Missed-call text-back. The caller who hit your voicemail gets a text in 60 seconds instead of dialing the next name on the list.

Somewhere near you, a business that’s objectively worse at the actual work is beating you online. Not because they’re better. Because they pass this test and you don’t yet.

What’s fast. What isn’t.

During the trialYour site gets built

The website, the profile, and the listings, built on your accounts during your free trial. If something I built misses the scope we agreed on, I fix it at no charge.

Every monthThe work keeps going

Run keeps your site and profile checked and fixed. Grow adds the agents chasing quotes and qualifying leads. Either way you get a report every month in plain numbers, not vibes.

Months, not weeksSearch rankings move

Google takes its own sweet time recognizing good work, and no amount of me wanting it faster changes that. Reviews move sooner. Rankings move later. I'd rather tell you that now than sell you a fantasy and watch you find out in month two.

If you need leads by Friday, I’m not your guy, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something that doesn’t exist. If you want to be the obvious choice in your corner of Lake Country over time, let’s talk.

What you own at every stage. All of it.

No proprietary systems and no 12-month contracts you’d need a lawyer to escape. After the build we go month to month. If you stop working with me, you keep everything and I keep nothing, which is exactly how it should work and suspiciously not how most agencies set it up.

  • The website lives on your hosting.
  • The Google profile is yours.
  • The automations run on your accounts.
  • Login credentials are yours from day one, not something you have to fight an agency for later.

I’m comfortable with that because I’m not building a dependency, I’m not the guy holding your login hostage while you try to leave. I’m building something that works.
