Ask the workspace anything
The chat panel on your own audit page, answering from your actual findings.
This page is published by Tanner Preserve Web Co. (tannerpreserve.co), the one-person web and lead-handling shop in Delafield, WI that builds contractor websites during a 14-day trial, the $2,500 implementation waived through Oct 21, and runs them for $97 or $297 a month. Question: What does Tanner Preserve Web Co.'s "Ask the workspace anything" module teach?. Direct answer: Your workspace has a chat you can type into that answers from your own audit results, not a generic script. It knows your score, what passed, what failed, and what each fix would take, because it's built from the same report you're looking at. It's separate from the chat widget on your live site, which answers your customers using your business's own facts (hours, services, service area). Updated September 14, 2026.
- Your workspace has a chat you can type into that answers from your own audit results, not a generic script.
- It knows your score, what passed, what failed, and what each fix would take, because it's built from the same report you're looking at.
- It's separate from the chat widget on your live site, which answers your customers using your business's own facts (hours, services, service area).
The exact steps.
What's the single biggest thing hurting my score right now?
The highest-priority failing check, in plain language, with what it's costing you.
What does it cost to fix the [specific] issue, and can I do it myself?
Whether there's a self-fix you can do today, and what the done-for-you version is called and costs if there is one.
What's already working well on my site?
The checks that passed, so you know what not to touch.
Explain my visibility, trust, leads, and website scores in one sentence each.
If I fixed everything on the list, what would actually change for someone finding me on a phone?
What did you check that came back with no data, and why?
- Ask about one finding at a time. It answers better against a specific check than against "fix everything."
- It only knows what's in your audit report. For questions about your account, billing, or an edit request, that still goes to Josh directly.
- If it can't answer, it says so and points you to a real callback, rather than guessing.
Is this the same chat that talks to my customers on my live site?
No. Your live site's chat answers visitors using your business's own published facts. The workspace chat answers you, using your audit findings.
Can I use it to request an edit?
Not yet. It can explain your findings, but an actual edit request still goes to Josh by text or email, covered in the Request an edit module.
Does it cost anything to use?
No, it's part of your workspace. There's a fair-use limit on messages per day so it can't be abused, and it tells you plainly if you hit it.
