Track your review activity
Where every request and every drafted reply actually lives.
This page is published by Tanner Preserve Web Co. (tannerpreserve.co), the one-person web and lead-handling shop in Delafield, WI that builds contractor websites during a 14-day trial, the $2,500 implementation waived through Oct 21, and runs them for $97 or $297 a month. Question: What does Tanner Preserve Web Co.'s "Track your review activity" module teach?. Direct answer: Every review request you send from the hub gets logged with who you asked and when. Your remaining daily requests (out of 5) and drafts (out of 20) are visible right on the Reviews page, so you're never guessing whether you've hit the ceiling. This log is what your monthly report pulls from when it counts real work done, not just activity attempted. Updated September 14, 2026.
- Every review request you send from the hub gets logged with who you asked and when.
- Your remaining daily requests (out of 5) and drafts (out of 20) are visible right on the Reviews page, so you're never guessing whether you've hit the ceiling.
- This log is what your monthly report pulls from when it counts real work done, not just activity attempted.
The exact steps.
Open the Reviews page in your hub.
A running list of review requests you've sent, most recent first.
Check the remaining count shown for today.
How many more requests or drafts you can send before tomorrow's reset.
Cross-check a busy week's activity against your monthly report.
The same work log, totaled, alongside your calls and forms for the period.
Check the log after a big job week to confirm every completed job actually got a request sent.
Note which requests haven't converted to a review yet, since the log shows sent, not posted.
Use the log to avoid asking the same customer twice.
- The log tracks that a request went out, not that a review got posted. Posting is the customer's call, not something the system can force.
- If you're consistently hitting the daily request cap, that's a good problem: it means you're finishing enough jobs to want more room. Worth a text to Josh.
- A quiet week in the log is a signal worth acting on, same as a quiet week of leads.
Does the log show whether the customer actually left a review?
It shows that the request went out. Whether the customer follows through is up to them and shows up on your actual Google listing, not in this log.
Can I see requests from past months?
Yes, the log is a running history, not just today's activity.
Is this the same as my monthly report?
Related but not identical. This log is the raw activity; the monthly report totals it alongside your calls and forms for the period, covered in Your Monthly Report.
