OUR PROCESS

We walk the shoreline before we draw a single wall.

Modern cedar and black steel lake house at blue hour, warm windows reflected in still water
Screened porch of a Wisconsin lake house with two chairs, morning light through pines

HOW WE BUILD

  1. 01

    Design around the water

Every plan starts with sun path and shoreline, not a floor plan off a shelf.

  2. 02

    Build through a real winter

Framed and dried in before the frost, so trades keep working straight through January.

  3. 03

Finish in cedar, stone, and steel

Materials that hold up on the lake: cedar siding, fieldstone, standing seam steel.

Tell us which lake.

Oconomowoc, Lac La Belle, Pine Lake, or Nagawicka. We will call to talk through the lot and the build.
